The Account Manager is responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly or annual sales objectives for facilities fit-out or turn key projects; establishing strategic business relations for the management of the existing accounts as well as maintaining the accounts of the key clients of the organization.

  • Handles sales and marketing strategies and formulate plans to achieve sales objective for facilities fit-out or turn-key projects.
  • Negotiates effectively with the prospective clients of facilities fit-out and ensure to offer accurate and competitive bidding proposals / schemes to be able to close the account.
  • In coordination with Technical, responsible for the accurate/complete preparation and presentation of competitive bids proposal that is aligned to meet the company and sales objectives high quality service and customer satisfaction level. 
  • Responsible for the prompt collection of accounts and eliminates/minimizes/resolves billing disputes of the facilities for fit-out clients.
  • Checks/Identifies existing clients and determine whose accounts of the Company are shrinking and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained as customers.
  • Maintains and further create relationships with the key clients of the Company.
  • Develops new clients through appropriate proposals / schemes and relevant connection to optimize quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducts strategic account reviews with all assigned clients on a regular basis to determine service needs and usage trends. Identifies products and pricing that meet customer needs and business objectives including the areas of growth with value added services.
  • Identifies and pursues sources of business facilities fit-out to increase or grow client base in order to achieve sales growth target.
  • Updates monthly status of prospective accounts and plans of action to successfully win the account.
  • Monitors sales performance of the Company on facilities fit-out and make appropriate action to meet sales forecast requirement.
  • Develops yearly marketing plan and account management strategies.
  • Updates database of all fit out customers (current and prospective) and maximize its use as a driver to sales growth.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Interior Design, Architecture, Business Management, Marketing
  • At least 3 year(s) of account management experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Excellent English Communication Skills
